In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 14 days of receiving your goods. 

The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 14 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods.

If you wish to cancel an order under these terms and receive a refund, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Postage is at the cost of the buyer.

Returns & refunds may be rejected if goods have been used, damaged, without original packaging or over the 14 day cancellation period. Returns must be delivered by tracked courier and not in person by the customer.

At the sellers discretion restocking fee of 20% of the sale price may be applied if outside the 14 day return period. Special orders cannot be returned.
