LUCARI Classic leather steering wheel. The steering wheel is manufactured in the UK for LUCARI by MOTO-LITA and it is supplied with our slimline quick release boss kit.

It is smaller than a standard Land Rover steering wheel as a result you have more space.

Slimline removable boss to fit directly to your Land rover steering column, without the need for multiple bosses to be used.

Manufactured in the UK to the highest standard, hard anodised to prevent wear and designed to give an extra level of security to your vehicle.

The slimline boss is just 42mm in depth, meaning it is only 10mm thicker than our original slimline boss.

Ideal for extra level of security to remove steering wheel when you park. 

What quick release boss do you need?

36 Spline – Suitable for Pre 1993 Defenders (early Land Rovers had 4 spoke steering wheels which were 36 spline). Also suitable for County and XS spec vehicles from 1998-2008.

48 Spline – All Defenders from 1993-2014 except for county and XS spec vehicles from 1998 to 2008.

2015 Model year- Defenders from September 2014- end of production (2016). 15MY Defenders have stability control which can be identified by having a ‘traction’ switch on your dash facia.
